Matisse Madness
This boldly colored living room captures the energy of ambitious clients in media careers. Their passion for art and collecting is widely evident with a host of treasures showcased. The inviting chili pepper red makes for a lively background ideal for frequent parties or just curling up in front of the fireplace. The leather sofas were existing and we adapted the look with dramatic silk pillows in gold, teal, and purples. Balance is achieved with the glass top table on a granite base, adding texture.

About the Client
A busy advertising executive and her husband, a successful real estate broker. Very high energy and they entertain frequently; several of the art pieces are cherished gifts from friends and family.
